JESUS IS CENTRAL

The life, teachings, death and resurrection of Jesus informs and directs worship and living. He is alive, leading the church to be God’s presence and voice in the world today. Jesus’ teachings guide MVMC’s ethics of peace, love and nonresistance. His example leads us out into our community and the world to serve others with dignity and joy.

SPIRITUAL COMMNITY

The love of God is best expressed within a community to open relationships where caring flows easily. Worship is a community experience where everyone participates.

WORKING WITH GOD TO BRING HEALING & HOPE TO THE WORLD

There is a call to join God’s efforts in bringing peace and reconciliation to the world. Being peacemakers in our world is a priority. The Mountain View family is involved in our community world expressing hope for peacemaking and God’s love for everyone; learning to live in healthy relationship with all religions, nations, languages and even enemies.
